"Shine the Light" (California): California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not currently share such information for third-party direct marketing.

Our AI voice receptionist and related communications tools may record and transcribe calls and messages for quality, training, service delivery, and recordkeeping purposes. Where required by applicable federal or state law (including "two-party consent" states such as California, Florida, and others), we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording. By continuing a call after receiving such notice, you consent to the recording.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
